**Adoption Update-and it's a good one!**This beautiful girl spent an entire YEAR in the shelter in Arkansas. Read the plea from @haveaheartpetshelter. "Amber is a wonderful, loving Red Heeler mix who gets along great with people and other dogs. She loves to play, go for walks, and snuggle/have her tummy rubbed. When she came in, we never would have imagined that she would have been here for a year. Adoptions for any dog over 25 pounds or so are at a near standstill, and it's been over a month since we had a medium size dog adoption."Enter EAPL. An amazing foster agreed to take her in and now Amber, now Autumn has a Forever. Her new family fell in love with her right away-see pictures of her smiling in her new home and with her new hooman brother who is Autumn's main companion😊 They apparently love each other (and we can tell).Adoptions and foster applications are so slow right now. Grey is a 1 year old Blue Lacy mix who wants to be your best friend. He is very loving and affectionate with his people. He gets several cases of the zoomies everyday.He is well trained and knows sit, down, here, place (to get him to go to his bed), out (to drop something from his mouth, like a toy). He is kennel trained. He rings a bell when he needs to go out. He is extremely food motivated, which helps immensely with training. He walks pretty well on a leash, but if he sees a bunny or squirrel that walk may turn into a full blown sprint. He is making progress with unknown people and dogs.Can you be his Forever?
