William the itty bitty ADORABLE pittie is looking for his Forever!William and his brothers got a tough start to life — they were dropped off at a shelter at just 6 weeks old, tiny, hungry, and so small everyone thought they were Chihuahuas! Plot twist: they’re actually itty-bitty pitties.William made his way to EAPL at 8 weeks old and has been thriving ever since. He’s the sweet, snuggly, smart middle sibling and the perfect balance of playful and calm. He loves romping around with the other dogs in his foster home.William would do best in a home with a little structure and would be thrilled to have another dog buddy — and possibly even a cat friend! He’s about 75% house-trained (we’re still doing one nighttime potty break), does great in his crate, and is learning all the good-boy basics like a champ.✨ The details:• Adoption fee: $375• Bully breed: landlord approval required for rentersIf you’re ready for puppy kisses, wiggle-butt greetings, and a loyal best friend, William is waiting to meet you! Head to eapl.com to submit an application and start your happily-ever-after!#EAPL #Williamtheittybittypittie #pittiesofcolorado #rescuedogs #adoptdontshop ... See MoreSee Less

Really we don't have an hour go by when we're not asked to help another dog. Here are three more in need of fosters. They were all together when their mom passed away and are in shelter right now.Sage-Listed as a Staffordshire Terrier but I our rescue partner does not think that is what she is, 6 yrs., 81 lbs. (time for a diet, Sage!) friendly and good with other dogs.Angel, Husky mix, 5 yrs., possibly 77 lbs. Shy of strangers at first but warms up, good with big dogs. No little dogs. See the Husky thing. May be better as only dog.Smiley is a Heeler (red merle) 2 yrs, possibly 57 lbs. Nervous at first, but allows full handling, cuddles, and leans into you. Probably no dogs as she is scared of them. Email us at EAPLevergreen@eapl.com if you can foster. First time Fosters, fill out an app here: eapl.com/foster-application/ ... See MoreSee Less
