Stix is about 4 years old (est. birthday is 1/18/2020) and is a total catch. He is smart, food motivated and has been through basic training. He knows how to sit, lay down, stay, shake, rollover and has the cutest most majestic wolf howl. He LOVES to play fetch, hike and go running. He is crate-trained and house-trained and loves puzzle toys and bones and any games you might teach him. He can live with other dogs, with proper introductions, he does not do well with cats. He would make a great companion for an active household. He is protective of his food.

Tommy is a smart little guy who is sweet, loving and cuddly.  He loves to play, walk and run, all of the puppy things! He is great with other dogs and kids, is crate trained and is almost house trained. Meet Boone. He is a 5-year-old 50-pound pure-bred German Wirehair Pointer. Are you looking for a hiking partner? May I be your handsome boy? I love to be active and be outdoors. I can also be a cuddle bug and want to just chill in the house with you. I am potty-trained and crate-trained. I am smart enough to know how to get out of wire crates so will need to be in a plastic crate to keep me safe. I do good with other dogs who will respect me. Puppies are definitely not my favorite though. My foster was told I do well with cats just not small animals like rabbits and chickens. Are you my forever home where I can finally feel like I am loved?

Simba was surrendered after his human dad died.  He was scared and skittish when he came to us but now foster says “he’s the sweetest boy ever; whoever gets him is a really lucky person.  After 2 days he stole my heart.  He loves to cuddle and when held will lay his little head on your shoulder.  He’s an awesome boy.”  Simba got along fine with other cats in foster.  He’s 3 yrs old.  Currently at the EAPL Cat Adoption Center at Chow Down Pet Supplies, in Evergreen.  Complete a cat application at www.eapl.com to be approved.  Until then you are welcome to visit all the available cats during business hours.

Recently deceased owner left Bowie in our care.  He’s a wonderful boy, a bit shy at first meeting.  Loves pets, very sweet.  Resided previously with both cats and dogs.  He’s currently at our EAPL Cat Adoption Center at Chow Down Pet Supplies in Bergan Park.  Be sure to give him some love when visiting.

FROM OWNER:  Sadly the owner of Tilley, Sammie and Paris had to relinquish her cats due to moving into assisted living where she was not able to bring them.  

Tilley is 3 yrs old and is very active loves to play and is very smart can close the bathroom door with her in it!!!! But hasn’t figured out yet how to open up the door!!! Lol she’s young at heart!!!

UPDATE:  She3 is slowly settling into the EAPL Cat Adoption Center, at Chow Down Pet Supply in Evergreen.  Tilley is adjusting – such a large change for her. She likes to be the alpha cat and can be bossy. She would probably do best in a single cat home.  Come and visit if you are looking for a new companion.
