Here are the next steps to becoming a Cat Foster Family with EAPL.

• Complete the online foster application below.
• EAPL will conduct a background check and a home visit before any pet is placed into a home.
• EAPL will make arrangements for the pet to be transported to your home or picked up from us
• EAPL will make sure the cat is up-to-date on all vaccinations and testing prior to placement, but if the cat needs to see a vet, the visit needs to be approved and coordinated with the cat foster coordinator.

Completion of this application does not guarantee foster placement of an E.A.P.L. animal.
