So we sound like a broken record? #sorrynotsorry. We are determined to find this girl a medical foster. The first picture is of the chain that was found around Lily's neck. It was so tight they had to cut it off. The second picture shows her tied up where she was rescued. The shelter believes she was tied up without shelter for one YEAR. Because she was tied out and had no medical care, she now has Heartworm disease. This is treatable and does not spread between dogs or cats. She is super sweet. She is gorgeous. And she gets along with dogs and cats. She deserves a chance and a loving home. EAPL will pay for her care and treatment. She needs a quiet place for 5 months of medical fostering while she goes through treatment. We can't let this girl down. Email eaplevergreen@eapl.com if you can foster. ... See MoreSee Less
