Anna and Faye are a perfectly matched pair of young female terriers (about one year old) looking for their forever home together. At about one year old, these girls have grown out of the puppy phase, no more biting or frequent potty accidents, while still keeping all the fun, curiosity, and playful energy that makes young dogs such great companions. Having them both is almost easier than having just one dog-they play together and wear each other out and then take naps together. Each weighs around 15–20 pounds, with longer legs, making them feel more like medium-sized dogs than small ones. Their size is just right, big enough for adventures and hikes, but small enough to curl up comfortably beside you on the couch.Anna and Faye are believed to be sisters. They were found together in a wire crate on the side of the road, and they’ve stayed side by side ever since. Their bond is truly special. They play together, sleep together, and even enjoy their meals together. Watching them interact is a joy, as they bring out the best in each other.Even though they adore each other, they’re just as eager to share their love with their humans. Both girls crave attention, cuddles, and affection. Whether it’s snuggling on the couch, following you around the house, or soaking up belly rubs, Anna and Faye are happiest when they’re close to their people. They truly are the sweetest little terriers. Anna and Faye would make an incredible addition to a home ready to welcome twice the love, twice the companionship, and one very special bonded pair. Put in an application at eapl.com! ... Marlee is still searching for her Forever Home! 🐾Say hello to the most adorable EARS you've ever seen — meet Marlee! This 4-month-old, 30-pound bundle of joy is bursting with energy and personality, and she is ready to find her people. Marlee would thrive with an active family who loves adventures and has plenty of love to give. She adores kids and pretty much every human she meets — she's just that kind of girl.Marlee does wonderfully with other dogs, and while she finds cats very interesting, that's something she can work on. Cats in the home are not a dealbreaker — but chickens are. She has a little too much curiosity when it comes to the flock, so a chicken-free home is a must! Aside from that one small quirk, she is an absolute gem.Marlee's story will melt your heart. She was discovered in a horse barn, tucked behind bales of hay, crying and alone. A kind-hearted woman who owned the barn swooped in to rescue her, and she and her husband lovingly cared for Marlee until she could be transferred to EAPL. She has known hardship — but also incredible kindness — and now she's ready for a home that's all her own.Our best guess on breed? A beautiful mix of Belgian Shepherd and Carolina Dog — which would explain those magnificent ears!If Marlee sounds like the perfect addition to your family, apply to adopt at EAPL.com. She can't wait to meet you! 🐶 ... See MoreSee Less
