These dogs all needs fosters. They are coming from out of state, so no meet and greets are possible, but who doesn't love a surprise! :) If you are able to foster, please send us an email at eaplevergreen@eapl.com. Never fostered before? Find out more and fill out an application here: eapl.com/become-foster-home/Unless otherwise noted, we do not know if these dogs are good with kiddos, cats, ducks or they will steal your Easter Basket this weekend. They are in shelters and often we have NO background on them. We just know they need to be saved. Here we go!Harmony - F Great Pyr/Ret x white 9 mos. 50 lbs. She is a very sweet loving dog but came in with some medical issues. She has a broken elbow that we can have fixed and have her spayed at the same time (EAPL will cover this). The immediate problem is her demodex! The vet won't spay until that is cleared up so we have her on Nexgard to get that taken care of. She loves playing! AVAILABLE NOWMedusa - F Lab x (could have some pit in her) black 3 yrs. 44 lbs. Medusa was taken from a trailer court after we took her puppies and sent them to rescue. She does great playing with the other dogs and does well with people! See the video with Harmony and Medusa. AVAILABLE NOWDavis - M Aussie blue merle 8 yrs. 50 lbs. Davis is a very mild mannered boy who does great with other dogs and people! AVAILABLE NOWRusty - M Terrier x red/white 3 mos. 9.2 lbs. Rusty just came in so he could get reclaimed. If not I will claim him on Monday when his stray hold is up but since he just given on 4/1 he couldn't come right away. AVAILABLE 4/14Lucy - F Heeler x blk/white 2 yrs. 68 lbs. Lucy is a socialized girl that does well with other dogs and people. AVAILABLE NOWOreo & Shorty - This is a mom and daughter that are both spayed and up to date on their vaccines. Oreo is 2 yrs. and Shorty is 1 yr. They are good with other dogs, kids, not sure about cats. Oreo is a Corgi x and Shorty definitely has Corgi in her but maybe terrier also?? Both do well with other dogs and people! We have their vet records. We just need to get weights. AVAILABLE NOWMolly - F/S Heeler x blk/white 2 yrs. 40 lbs. Molly is a very socialized girl who really likes her human kids and all the other dogs in the house that she is being fostered with. She wants to play with the cats but she plays a little too hard and they shy away from her! AVAILABLE NOWHappy - F/S Aussie/Border Collie x white/blk 2 yrs. 8 mos. 46 lbs. She likes other dogs and does well with kids. Cats unknown. Last known vaccines 12/17/24. We can get those updated. Happy was spayed 2/9/24. AVAILABLE 4/21Bobby - M/N Chi x red/blk/white 1.5 yrs. 14.8 lbs. Bobby was adopted by an elderly woman that did not have a fenced yard and kept him on a tether which was not legal per statutes. She stated that she had to eat standing up because he would beg and not let her eat at the table so she relinquished Bobby. Clearly she should not have had a dog. He is doing well at the shelter. He and Ricky are the last of the dogs left in a camper trailer but since he was adopted from the city shelter so totally vetted. AVAILABLE NOWRicky - M Chi x brn/blk 1.5 yrs. 14 lbs. Ricky is a sibling to Bobby. He also does well with other dogs and people. AVAILABLE NOWCalifas & Bello are both neutered chi mixes. Both are chocolate/tan and were born 6/15/2018. We need to get them updated on vaccs. but we would really like to get them out of the situation they are in. They have been around kids too. AVAILABLE 4/21Brandy - F Old English BD white/tan/blk 1 yr. 37 lbs. Brandy came in with the next dog Terra. Really sweet girls that are well socialized. Gets along with other dogs. AVAILABLE NOWTerra - F Old English BD grey/white 1 yr. 43 lbs. Terra came in with an eye infection and some skin infection that was taken care of with antibiotics. Terra is also a very social girl-great with other dogs. AVAILABLE NOWNova & Celeste are both spayed females that were adopted from the city shelter in May of 2025 when they were 4 months old. They are now 14 mos. old. They are great with other dogs but NO CATS! They are current on vaccs until May of 2026. They appear to be wirehair ret/terriers of some sort. Very cute girls!! AVAILABLE NOWEmerson and Wynn - F siblings white/tan spaniel x pups 16 and 14 lbs. They are good with other dogs and people. They have been around children. AVAILABLE 4/21 ... See MoreSee Less

Meet Liv! 🐾Liv is a 10-year-old Australian Cattle Dog/Blue Heeler β€” but don't let that number fool you for a second. She plays just as hard as Marlee, our 4-month-old foster, and honestly? We're not sure we believe she's actually 10.This girl is full of life. She loves fetch, tug-of-war, squeaky toys, and absolutely lives for a car ride β€” she'd make the perfect co-pilot for someone who's always on the go. Road trippers, adventurers, or even truckers? Liv is your girl. With people, she is an absolute sweetheart. She's wonderful with kids, completely unbothered by cats, and fiercely loyal to her person β€” the kind of dog who stays right by your side. She warms up easily to new people when she needs to, making her adaptable without losing that special bond she forms. When it comes to other dogs, Liv does best as the only dog or with a calm, easygoing companion. She can be selective with other dogs and has shown some food-guarding behavior around them, so slow, careful introductions will be key. Most of the time she's wagging her tail around other dogs β€” she may just want to play, but she does best with a more laid-back dog who won't misread her energy.Liv's perfect home:*Active owner who loves outdoor adventures*Home with no dogs, or one calm/submissive dog*Kids welcome βœ…*Cats welcome βœ…She's got so much love left to give. Could you be her person? 🐢 Apply to adopt at EAPL.com. Liv’s adoption fee is $375 ... See MoreSee Less
